CREATIVE MANAGEMENT
MARKETING
How to Plan your Marketing Strategy with an
Integrated Approach
Most businesses have developed
and maintained a well-established mailing direct marketing strategy.
In order to grow beyond this status-quo, a multi-channel approach
is required. While telephone
marketing is a viable and popular strategy, it has become also a
liability as it may be felt as
a privacy disturbance by potential prospects. The probability of a
successful phone campaign
is even more limited in a business-to-business environment.
Email marketing offers not only potential greater results but can
also be more cost-effective
than traditional direct mail marketing. While email list rental is
generally more expensive
than postal list rental, the cost difference is offset by eliminating printing
and postage fees.
Email marketing also offers your potential customers the
ability to contact you via email,
view your Website, download a demo and/or go to a landing page at
the click of a mouse,
directly from your advertisement. Best of all, an email campaign's
activity is fully trackable,
helping you to verify the accuracy of your marketing strategy. Finally, an email campaign will
drive prospects to your Website and can be strategize as a lead generation strategy.
Graphic Palette
can help you develop a cost-effective, targeted email marketing
strategy,
while insuring that your advertisements are not spam-filtered and
viewable to any email software
as well as any Web browser. Exclusive use of opt-in, enhanced email
lists prevents
email bounces and unsubscribing recipients.
How to Maximize Lead Generation from your Website
Your Website is the first
point of contact your potential prospects will arrive to.
That they find your Website
through a search engine or from an online advertisement, its functionality
and appearance will be
critical in keeping their attention and having them browse your
products and/or services. The primary
aspect of this topic is not only about building your Website SEO-friendly
(Search Engine Optimization)
but also how to retain legally your visitors' information. A registration
page is a must to build leads that
can be converted to potential sales and grow an opt-in database
of present and future customers.
Graphic Palette
can help you define your Website structure, content and functionality,
so that it can be not only an effective branding tool, but also
a sales-generating component
for a successful marketing strategy.
How to Develop Product Branding
Product branding
is all about your product's image and therefore, its perception.
From logo development
to product and sub-product strategy, the key to a recognizable image
is how accurate your product
and/or service targets his intended audience, how it maintains its
recognition through a multi-brand portfolio
and how to structure this portfolio in relation to
the product's parent image.
From publications to Websites, from corporate ID to marketing, and
from special issues to supplements,
a fine balance between consistency among all products within a brand,
as well as treating each identity
with its own look and feel, defines product branding.
Graphic Palette
can help you clarify, organize and define your branding identity,
that your business is structured as a single- or a multi-brand portfolio.
INTERNET
How to Properly Convert Print Media to Internet
Media
When a print product
requires to be converted for the Internet, it makes perfect sense
to start
from the print media contents. Not only the high-resolution nature
of print media guarantees
to maintain visual quality in the Internet environment, the contents
can be duplicated as well,
minimizing the amount of editing. However, the Internet media's
low-resolution nature can compromise
visual quality while requiring a small file size approach to maintain
functionality.
Graphic Palette
can advise and train how to approach this process effectively and
consequently
reduce the apparent contradiction between visual appeal and user-friendliness
in the Internet environment.
How to Built html Files that Preview Consistently
from Browser to Browser
When designing a
Website, it is generally accepted that there might be variations
from browser to browser or from platform to platform. From a designer's
standpoint,
this can be quite frustrating. From IE to Netscape or AOL, from
PC to Mac, websites
may have great variations of text style and size or partial upload
of contents or images.
Images may found themselves out of place and frames or cells may
not line up as intended.
While most Web developers and designers will
agree that a minimal variance is inevitable,
Graphic Palette can provide
a methodic approach that minimizes these inconsistencies,
otherwise known as perfect mathematics Web design.
PUBLISHING
How to Organize and Manage a Desktop Publishing
Production Environment
Many desktop publishing
environments face similar, and sometime, contradictory challenges:
ensuring that the publication's appearance is exciting yet is representing
the core values of the editorial,
guaranteeing that the issues are produced, error-free, in due time
for publication and balancing the need for
editorial integrity, yet delivering a successful vehicle for advertising
sales. In this time of frequent reductions
of personnel, increase drive to improve the product and keep ahead
of competitors,
along with the complex relationships between creative, editorial,
production and sales,
is there a genuine management method?
Graphic Palette
can introduce your staff to a choice of options based on your product's
specific needs
by establishing business ethics that promote motivation and goals:
How to produce a high-quality product with minimal staff, in a reduced
time-frame?
How to create and maintain harmony
between the "Four Components"?
What are the "Four Components"
and how do they interact successfully?
How to move from a vertical
structure to a simultaneous structure?
Which tasks can be simplified
and which ones should be expanded?
How to Setup Desktop Publishing Templates Efficiently
If your publishing
business is a startup or is established, and contemplates a full
redesign,
file templating and mastering can make or break such a venture.
Learn how to maximize
your software's capabilities and minimize the problems after the
fact. File templating
and mastering is all about the "front end". The more prepared
your business plan is,
the more seamless the transition will be. How does this translate
in desktop publishing?
Graphic Palette
can not only show you the way to a successful publication launch
or redesign but can also train your staff towards that goal.
How to Setup your Files for Flawless and Trouble-free
Pre-press and Printing
Proper formats and
attributes are an essential key to successfully output files in
a digital
pre-press environment. It increases proficiency in your publishing
environment as well as guarantees
flawless direct-to-plate printing output. This concerns all desktop
publishing and graphic files,
from Quark Express to Adobe In Design, from Adobe Photoshop to Adobe
Illustrator.
Aside from the obvious color mode issues, there are many aspects
of formats and attributes
that may hide the "mystery problem" why a file doesn't
rip properly or why it prints incorrectly.
Graphic Palette
can provide you an inside view of not only where to look for troubleshooting,
but also how to setup your files and templates properly prior to
processing.
While Graphic Palette
bills consultancy and training rates per hour, a discounted flat
fee
can be offered to customers under the condition that the consulting
guidelines
are clearly pre-established and approved by both parties via a written
contract.
Please email us or call us at 201-618-1328
if you desire a 2-hour free consultation and/or a free estimate.
